Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activities.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Strosek GmbH, Sophienstraße 22, 80333 Munich, Phone: +49 89 599 1824 00, Email: info@strosek.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. You can also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website (https://www.strosek.de/widerruf/). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g., by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us or to Druckhaus Kurz GmbH, Heinrich-Hopf-Straße 7, 65936 Frankfurt am Main, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
